We all start the wedding planning with endless pins of our favorite locations and beautiful tablescapes that we hope we can duplicate. We dream of the perfect backdrop and the pictures that will last a lifetime. But can we afford that and 200 wedding guests?

We soon realize that we have to prioritize something or even compromise things that we don't want to, and that is where Everwood Collective comes in!

How can we elevate your elopement?

In addition to the gorgeous location and a wonderful photographer (Kimberly Crist Photography), we are your elopement planners, we have the entire design and details of your day taken care of. After you elope in the stunning locations we have selected, we are busy as your day of coordinators! Your tables are set up and each element is placed to match the style of the mood board already selected for your event. All vendors are booked and organized to show up and provide your small guest list with hors d'oeuvres, a plated meal, and of course desserts!

Our events include 10-20 guests and because your list is small, you don't skimp on the details that you have been pinning. The best part is.... we have it all taken care of and all you have to do is book your date. We cannot wait to plan your elopement package!
